Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you total control over your email box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward mails from one mailbox account to another, set up email filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your email mailboxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply select the email box you wish to forward emails from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
